1. The ornamental design for a combined nipple and collar, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined nipple and collar showing my new design.
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the combined nipple and collar.
FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the combined nipple and collar; and,
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the combined nipple and collar.
