Claims:
1. We claim the ornamental design for an arch writing implement container, as shown and described.

Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an arch writing implement container;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the arch writing implement container shown in FIG. 1, the rear view of the arch writing implement container being the same as that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is a side view of the arch writing implement container shown in FIG. 1, the opposite side of the arch writing implement container being the same as that shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the arch writing implement container shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the arch writing implement container shown in FIG. 1.
