1. The ornamental design for a portable telephone with camera, as shown and described.

Description:
FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a portable telephone with camera in an open position, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top-front perspective view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom-rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof in a closed position; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the view shown in FIG. 3 with an antenna in an extended position and a camera portion of my new design exposed.
