1. The ornamental design for an onboard cabinet for service vehicles, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front and left side of an onboard cabinet for service vehicles embodying the new design;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;
