1. The ornamental design for a laboratory instructor's desk, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a laboratory instructor's desk embodying the ornamental design of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the laboratory instructor's desk of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the laboratory instructor's desk of FIG. 1;
