1. The ornamental design for a tri-athlete sport utility bag, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a tri-athlete sport utility bag, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, in a flattened state, wherein the shoulder strap has been omitted; and,

FIG. 4 is an end view thereof.
