1. The ornamental design for a swivel pedestal and sink for washing hair, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a hair washer in accordance with my new design;

FIG. 2 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevation view showing an alternate position of use thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a side elevation view showing another alternate position of use thereof, with the sink extended to show the operation of three turning members.
