1. The ornamental design for a lounge bicycle saddle, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the present invention, both sides being mirror images;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the present invention; and,
