Claims:
1. We claim the ornamental design for a portable internet access device, as shown and described.

Description:
FIG. 1 is an upper right front perspective view of the device in it's closed condition;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the device in it's closed condition;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the device in it's closed condition;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view of the device in it's closed condition, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the device in it's closed condition;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of the device in it's closed condition;

FIG. 7 is an upper right front perspective view of the device in it's open condition;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of the device in it's open condition;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of the device in its open condition;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevational view of the device in its open condition, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view of the device in its closed condition; and,
