1. The ornamental design for an implement carrier, as shown and described.

Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top side, the left side and front of the implement carrier according to the invention (the broken lines depicting the pedal, the upper surface of the control panel, the surface below the controls, the configuration of the seat, the depiction of the curved recess in the area below the seat, and the structure at the bottom of the implement carrier in FIG. 1 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed implement carrier design);
