Claims:
1. The ornamental design for hand dryer, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a hand dryer showing my new design, the portion in phantom being air inlet portions and air outlet portions which form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, the portion in phantom being air inlet portions and air outlet portions which form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the back of the hand dryer forms no part of the claimed design.
