1. The ornamental design for a slide with integrally formed footing, as shownand described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the front, top and left side of our new design for a slide with integrally formed footing according to the present design.

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view of the slide with integrally formed footing of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the slide with integrally formed footing of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the slide with integrally formed footing of FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the slide with integrally formed footing of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of the slide with integrally formed footing of FIG. 1.
