1. The ornamental design for a portable bending brake stand, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of my new design, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of my new design;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the new design;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the new design;

FIG. 5 is a bottom place view of the new design; and,
