1. The ornamental design for a fan blade, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof viewed from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an elevation view thereof viewed from the bottom of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an elevation view thereof viewed from the top of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof.
