1. The ornamental design for a computer generated icon of primary andsecondary navigator bars for a display screen, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a computer generated icon of primary and secondary navigator bars for a display screen;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth embodiment thereof.

The dotted line which runs vertically from the top left button and then horizontally to the right button in all figure views is claimed subject matter. The broken line rectangular border of a display screen in all figure views is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line graphics, words, small interior borders, and the short vertical line on the right side in FIGS. 3 and 4 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
