1. The ornamental design for a vehicle bumper configuration, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design;

FIG. 3 is a left view of the vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design;

FIG. 4 is a right view of the vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design;

FIG. 5 is a top view of the vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the vehicle bumper configuration according to my novel design.
