1. The ornamental design for a combined vehicle mirror and housing, as shownand described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a first embodiment of a combined vehicle mirror and housing;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of the first embodiment of the combined vehicle mirror and housing;
