Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a hand-held exerciser, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a hand-held exerciser showing my new design, the undisclosed opposite rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view, the undisclosed opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view, identical to FIG. 1 but with the coil spring being in an expanded operational mode and with the side handles being in their retracted position.
