1. The ornamental design for a neck support pillow, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a neck support pillow showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical thereto.

FIG. 3 is a front elevation thereof.

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation thereof, the opposite side elevation being a mirror image thereof.
