1. I claim the ornamental design for wedding gown bustle looper, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation being a mirror image;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view is essentially the same;
FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view thereof.
