1. The ornamental design for a materials handling and maintenance vehicle, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of our new design showing the right side of the vehicle (the left side being the mirror image of the right elevational view of the design);

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view of the design with an operator's platform in the raised position;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the design;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the design; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of the design.
