1. The ornamental design for a baby play mattress, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a baby play mattress, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a end elevational view thereof, from the end opposite that shown in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 7 is bottom view thereof.
