1. The ornamental design for a combined filter element and frame therefor, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of a filter apparatus, according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 shows a top plan view thereof, a bottom plan view not being shown as it is a mirror image of the top plan view;

FIG. 3 shows a front elevational view thereof, a rear elevational view not being shown as it is a mirror image of the front elevational view;

FIG. 4 shows a right side elevational view thereof, a left side elevational view not being shown as it is a mirror image of the right side elevational view;

FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of a second embodiment of a filter apparatus, according to the principles of the present invention;
