1. The ornamental design for multi-media organizer case, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 3 is a left side view of the multi-media organizer case as shown in FIG. 1, the right side being the same;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the FIG. 1 multi-media organizer case;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the multi-media organizer case folded up;
