1. The ornamental design for a top and side surfaces of a golf putter head, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the new and ornamental design for a top and side surfaces of a golf putter head according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the striking face of the top and side surfaces of a golf putter head;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the top and side surfaces of a golf putter head;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation of the top and side surfaces of a golf putter head, the view from the opposite side being the same;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation of the top and side surfaces of a golf putter head; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the top and side surfaces of a golf putter head.
