1. The ornamental design for a combined jar and cover, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a top view of a combined jar and cover, embodying my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevation of the combined jar and cover, the rear and side elevations are the same; and,
FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof.
