1. The ornamental design for a dual medication dispensing pad, as shown anddescribed.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a front, top and side perspective view of the dual medication dispensing pad embodying the design of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the opposite and side views being identical thereto; and,
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
