1. The ornamental design for a heater, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the heater;

FIG. 2 is a left side view of the heater;

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the heater;

FIG. 4 is a rear view of the heater;

FIG. 5 is a top view of the heater;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the heater;

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of the heater, the top and bottom view of the heater of FIG. 7 being the same as FIGS. 5 and 6;

FIG. 8 is a left side view of the heater of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a right side view of the heater of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 10 is a rear view of the heater of FIG. 7.
