1. The ornamental design for a hanging shoe rack, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top left perspective view of the hanging shoe rack of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right end view of the hanging shoe rack, with the left end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of the hanging shoe rack of the present invention; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the hanging shoe rack as oriented in FIG. 3 .
