1. The ornamental design for a garment hanger, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a garment hanger showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom following the contours shown in FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being substantially a mirror image.
