1. The ornamental design for an exterior body of a convertible automobile witha convertible top in a lowered position, as shown and described.
Description:

FIG. 2 is a side perspective view thereof;
FIG. 3 is another side perspective view thereof; and,
FIG. 4 is a top, rear, and opposite side perspective view thereof.
