1. The ornamental design for a tie for concrete forming system, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the tie for a concrete forming system showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top elevational view thereof, the bottom elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view taken from the left end of FIG. 3, the right end elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the tie for concrete forming systems showing my new design;

FIG. 6 is a top elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 5, the bottom elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 5, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an elevational view taken from the left end of FIG. 7, the right end elevational view being a mirror image thereof.
