1. The ornamental design for a combined lounging mat and compartmented pillowwith carrying handle and roll-up straps, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the combined lounging mat and compartmented pillow with carrying handle and roll-up straps;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a foot end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a head end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being substantially identical except for the carrying straps.
