1. The ornamental design for a toy construction block with symmetricallyarranged T-slots, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a toy construction block with symmetrically arranged T-slots showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front side view thereof, the rear and left and right side views thereof being identical; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken at cut line 4--4.
