1. The ornamental design for a stationary bouncer, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front and right side of a stationary bouncer showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the stationary bouncer of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top view of FIG. 2 thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of FIG. 2, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back view of FIG. 2 thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of FIG. 2 thereof.
