1. The ornamental design for a backpack with strapping system, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 2 is a front left quarter perspective view of the backpack of this invention;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the backpack of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof; the right elevational view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
