1. The ornamental design for a chew toy for dogs, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a chew toy for dogs showing our new design wherein the backside is identical to the front side;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof which is identical to the left side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof.
