1. The ornamental design for a hot air blowing unit for drying a person'sbody, as shown and described.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the blower apparatus;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the hot air blowing unit for drying a person's body, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;
