1. The ornamental design for the infant's portable play and rest mat, as shownand described.

Description:

FIG. 2 is a view of the mat of the invention from the bottom;

FIG. 3 is side view taken along the right side of the mat;

FIG. 4 is a side view taken along the left side of the mat;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.
