1. The ornamental design for neck roll pillow, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top side perspective view of a neck roll pillow, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a view in side elevation of the right front side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a view in side elevation of the right rear side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a view in side elevation of the left rear side thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The convoluted foam surface is fragmentarily shown in FIG. 1 for ease of illustration and is understood to extend throughout the area represented.
