1. The ornamental design for a paper shredder, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a paper shredder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a front end elevation view;

FIG. 6 is a rear end elevation view;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view as seen from the left of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view as seen from the right of FIG. 3.
