1. The ornamental design for an IC card, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front, bottom, right side perspective view of an IC card showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, a left side elevational view being identical with the right side elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, a bottom plan view being identical with the top plan view; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
