1. The ornamental design for a plastic bag handle, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plastic bag handle showing our new design;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a left end view thereof.
The side opposite to that shown in FIG. 4 is identical thereto.
The end opposite to that shown in FIG. 5 is the same as that shown.
