1. The ornamental design for a combination land and water rotating decoymount, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination land and water rotating decoy mount showing our new design therefor. The broken line drawing representing a decoy in place is for purposes of illustration only and forms no part of our design.
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view;
