1. The ornamental design for a packing container, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packing container showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
