1. The ornamental design for a wheel chair, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new wheel chair design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the design;

FIG. 3 is a view of one side of the design and is a mirror opposite of the other side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the design;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the design;

FIG. 6 is a back view of the design; and,

FIG. 7 is a side view of a modified embodiment of the design.
