1. The ornamental design for a boat fender, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a boat fender showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 5 is a front end view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an isometric view of a second embodiment of a boat fender showing my new design;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of the boat fender of FIG. 6, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of the boat fender of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the boat fender of FIG. 6; and,
