1. The ornamental design for a surgical parallel drill guide instrument, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a surgical parallel drill guide instrument;

FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view thereof with a portion broken away;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof of the side opposite the side shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view thereof of the end opposite the end shown in FIG. 7.
