1. The ornamental design for a top and front portion of a child's car seat, asshown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a child's car seat showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, which is symmetrical to the left side;
FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 4 is a top view thereof.
