1. The ornamental design for a brush handle, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top left front perspective view of a brush handle showing our new design, and showing, in phantom, a lint roller head which may be placed on said brush handle;

The broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof; the bottom plan being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top left front perspective view of an alternate embodiment of a brush handle showing our new design, and showing, in phantom, a padded brush head which may be attached to said alternate embodiment;

FIG. 7 is a top elevational view of the alternate embodiment; the bottom elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,
